Vinyl LP ~ Scarce UK grooved silver Audio Fidelity label issue in laminated gatefold sleeve with instructions etc. in the centre. Sleeve shows seam split to top front corner edge and peeling to top of spine. An interesting curio of it's time.1959 (vg/vg+)
