Description

Vinyl LP ~ Scarce early UK 12 track mono pressing on red / silver Decca label with unboxed logo. Grooved label features "Made In England" only text on the top rim perimeter and "Recording First Published 1964" on left hand side of label plus upside down matrix number in brackets over the standard catalogue number. Matrices XARL 6271-2A / XARL 6272-4A. MacNeill Press laminated (non-flipback) pinched spine sleeve with correct "I Need You Baby" song credit with some laminate creasing and a very clean & bright exposed rear card panel - no rips, tears, writing etc. Vinyl condition initially looks excellent but has a slight edge warp on side 1 plus a few light surface marks barely affecting play. I have played through the record in it's entirety on high-end deck and there is a small degree of background surface noise throughout but with more prevalence on the last track, however the LP overall still sounds great. Label is clean and tidy. Comes complete with original polyline inner. 1964 (ex/vg)
