On receipt of your order we will double-check stock availability & condition before calculating the best practical postage option(s) available before returning to you with a full breakdown of total costs, payment details plus any other relevant points of note for your approval. At any point you are free to decide not to proceed any further or cancel your order. You are in total control of your payments – we have no access to your money or accounts.

SEARCH

Please use the search facility to assist you with finding items of potential interest. Search by artist, title, format, genre, description (e.g. picture disc), label, catalogue number, condition and price range – or a combination of these.

Also available is the facility to check listings over time periods – this is particularly useful if, for instance, you are a Beatles collector, who hasn’t visited the site for a month but would like to view all fresh Beatles Vinyl LP stock added since.

ADD TO BASKET

If an item takes your interest, please click on the “add to basket” button which will place the item in your “shopping basket”.

You may “continue shopping” to add further items to your “shopping basket” as you wish.

At any time you may remove items from the basket or even increase quantity if you’d like more than one (if available)

When you feel ready to review / place your final order please click on the “go to checkout” button.

CHECKOUT

At checkout you will be presented with your list of items selected and total (before additional p&p) costs. At this stage you may still alter or cancel your order.

As there are too many variable factors for p&p costs to be automatically calculated, we have provided 3 sets of tables to give an indication of estimated costs and postage options – please follow the “Postage & Packing” link to view.

Essentially, we only designate 3 zones of postage rates; “UK”, ”EUROPE” (all EU countries with other qualifying European countries such as Russia, Norway & Switzerland amongst others) and “WORLD” (any “non-European” country).

Our rates charged are approximately equal to our actual postage and packaging costs.

Please fill in the required shipping / billing forms with your name, address and contact details – please ensure this is completely accurate, as a simple mistake in the address detail may affect your delivery.

PLACE ORDER

To finalise your order, please tick to the “terms and condition” box (if you agree to them) followed by clicking the “place order” button – you will receive a confirmation email if order has been sent successfully.

PAYMENT

We aim, within one working day, to provide you with a full, total invoice to pay, detailing each item, confirming availability and with a breakdown of postage costs. We will provide you with the necessary details to make your payment.

We will reserve your items aside whilst awaiting payment – usually 7 days from invoice (although we may extend this at our discretion), with extra time allowed for cash / cheques or postal orders to arrive in the post.

If you subsquently do not wish to follow the order through, please be kind enough to let us know as soon as possible thank you.
