Credit / Debit card payments are securely accepted by telephone only – card CVS (3 figure security code) information is not stored as per PCI DSS compliance regulations. We do not accept card payments through this site.
If you wish to use your card to make online payment please order your items securely via www.leftlegged.musicstack.com. Please note that the cost of the same items at this site include an added percentage (currently 8%), due to the additional sales commission costs charged. Delivery and billing addresses must be the same unless otherwise specified / notified. Additional security may be requested under certain circumstances.
Cash payments are at customer’s risk should payment go astray – it is advisable to register / insure and conceal cash contents. There is a 10% addition to the UK GBP price for payments in Euros or US Dollars to counteract currency exchange commission and buy/sell spread.
Cheque payments in £ (UK GBP) from a UK bank account are accepted but as they are no longer carry a bank guarantee, will require 2 weeks from receipt to allow time to physically bank and await clearance. Please use an alternative payment method other than cheque if at all possible.
Postal Orders are the equivalent of cash for payment purposes – goods will be despatched immediately on receipt. Postal orders are available from the Post Office although an additional administration charge is added at time of purchase.
Bank Transfer is an efficient method of payment transfer for both UK and overseas customers.
UK bank transfers are usually concluded within 1-2 working days with non-UK bank transfers taking around 2-5 working days.
